DoMyPortal.com  will lawfully collect and store personal/business information from a customer that is necessary to offer the services at DoMyPortal.com  in a way that the customer would expect. Personal information including name, address, contact information and  Business information including tax related business information. e-mail address are collected when customer registers at DoMyPortal.com. Credit card details will be collected when a customer places an order and confirms the order.
How will this information be used?
Personal and/or business information collected from the customer by DoMyPortal.com  will be used only to process and ship orders, Credit card information is collected to charge the customer for the amount confirmed for the order. Contact details may be used to provide feedback to the customer and/or for the clarification of delivery details, which is occasionally necessary for the completion of the order. Website development:

DoMyPortal develops website content for its customers, however in some cases DoMyPortal uses open source technologies as well buys commercial licences from third party application/tool vendors.  When we use commercial licences they are server or company wide and we can not sell/transfer the licences. Therefore, unless otherwise explicity specified in your user agreement, DoMyPortal has an umberlla policy of not releasing the code/images to third party or to the customer in case subscription is terminated. 

Domain names are transferable and can be transferred to the customer and or third party service providers provided domain name is active and is registered with DoMyPortal.com. 

Refunds/Rebills:

 DoMyPortal does not allow refunds and partial payments for the work done.  For monthly subscription packages no partial refunds can be made.
