Please note the following with respect to subscription service payments: - Payments are debited from your account(credit cards or bank) specified when you activite subscription with DoMyPortal.com. DoMyPortal currently uses paypal payment services for processing monthly subscription payments from customers. This gives customers ultimate security and privacy because paypal does not share customer's credit card/bank account information with us.
- No partial refunds can be made for subscription services.
- If you want to terminate subscription please open a case with DoMyPortal billing department[click here ]. Once a support ticket is opened, we will terminate your account and no more payments will be debited from your account.
